Repositioning an HOA management brand for scale \UP partnered with LA based company Rubin Properties to reshape the brand for multi-market accelerated growth. Our first pursuit included a strategic naming study arriving at the revisioned brand COMUNEO™ as curators & shepherds of a new type of community, on in which connection is

enriched & stewardship is felt. The subsequent brand engagement sought to define a wholly ownable & uniquely disruptive position, circumventing accepted, polarized value propositions to create an entirely new one based on being a connector & peace broker. Time bender. Extender. Defender. To be a force for wellbeing & comfort. Rarely seen,

but an effect felt & embraced. This was manifest across a deeply strategic integrated campaign deployed first across greater Southern California & Bakersfield markets & later expanded in its first new regional push into the Dallas Fort Worth metro area, with intent to roll out into additional Texas markets including: Houston, San Antonia & Austin.
